The invention provides a polymeric chemical blocking remover which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1.5-5 parts of a solid oxidizing agent, 0.5-2.5 parts of a catalyst, 0-1 part of a strippant, 0-1 part of a penetrating agent, 0-1 part of a ferric ion stabilizer and 2-5 parts of a corrosion inhibitor, wherein the solid oxidizing agent is urea peroxide; the catalyst is formic acid, acetic acid, citric acid, hydrochloric acid, oxalic acid, sulfamic acid and various substituents, Na2CO3, NaOH, sodium sulfite, sodium hydrogen sulfite, formaldehyde or thiourea; the strippant is urea, PEG-400 or ethanol amine; the penetrating agent is a nonionic surfactant; the nonionic surfactant is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether; the ferric ion stabilizer is citric acid, acetic acid, nitrilotriacetic acid or ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid; and the corrosion inhibitor is formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, benzaldehyde, butanedial or glutaraldehyde.
