fiber is characterized in that agricultural and
forestry waste tea leaves, tea residues and tea stems are used as raw materials, a low-temperature
calcination activation modification technology is adopted to prepare tea carbon with high tea
polyphenol content, and an active crushing process is adopted to prepare high-activity functional tea carbon; then the high-activity tea carbon fiber for the shoe material is prepared by a
melt extrusion method; the
polyphenol content in the obtained product is 10-500 ppm, the bacteriostasis rate of the obtained product to
staphylococcus aureus is larger than 95%, the bacteriostasis rate of the obtained product to
escherichia coli is larger than 90%, the bacteriostasis rate of the obtained product to
streptococcus albus is larger than 85%, the deodorization performance is so good that an
acetic acid elimination rate is more than 99%, an
oxalic acid elimination rate is more than 97% and an
ethylenediamine elimination rate is more than 97%; the far-
infrared emission rate is greater than 0.9, and the far-
infrared radiation temperature rise is greater than 1.5. When being applied to shoe material fabric fibers, the high-activity tea
carbon fibers have excellent antibacterial and
deodorant performance, and ensures that the shoe material has no peculiar smell; and trace tea
polyphenol has excellent
oxidation resistance, and plays a very important role in improving the microbiological balance of the microenvironment of a shoe material, especially the interiors of shoes.
