This invention relates to a human chronic
myeloid leukemia (CML) accelerated phase
cell line, its applications, preparation methods, and
reagent kits. The
cell line, named Human CML Accelerated Phase
Cell YYXY-M10, was deposited at the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) on October 12, 2024, with accession number CCTCC NO: C2024346. The cells were isolated from
bone marrow or
peripheral blood samples of patients with CML accelerated phase. Without the addition of any
cell growth factors, the cells can achieve stable
in vitro proliferation and continuous passage, exhibiting stable
in vitro morphology. They can form tumors in immunodeficient animals and are resistant to third-generation
tyrosine kinase inhibitors. This invention can be used to study the
pathogenesis of CML, the progression from accelerated phase to blast crisis, and
drug resistance mechanisms. It has broad application prospects and practical value in
basic research on human CML,
drug screening and evaluation, and clinical medication guidance.
