The anticorrosive chromium-free passivating agent is prepared from, by mass, 5-15 parts of sodium bisulfite, 5-10 parts of titanyl nitrate, 1-5 parts of epoxy silane, 3-11 parts of tartaric acid, 1-5 parts of citric acid, 2-8 parts of sodium benzoate, 2-8 parts of acetic anhydride, 4-8 parts of tetramethyl orthosilicate, 1-5 parts of diamido-di-imidole, 0.2-1.6 parts of linolenate, 3-7 parts of tetraethyl orthosilicate, 2-5 parts of vanadate, 2-6 parts of surfactant and 30-60 parts of water. The passivating agent can form a compact film structure on the surface of the battery steel shell, the surface of the steel shell is smooth and compact, porosity is remarkably reduced, the corrosion potential is increased, corrosion current is reduced, the potential range of an anodic passivation area is widened, the mass transfer resistance is remarkably increased, and the corrosion-resistant performance is remarkably superior to the corrosion-resistant performance of a current passivated steel shell.
