The invention relates to a novel method for improving hydrophobicity of wood. The novel method comprises the following steps: 1. mixing ammonia water, ethanol and tetraethoxysilane, heating and magnetically stirring to obtain a transparent silica sol; 2. mixing triethoxyvinylsilane with the silica sol and magnetically stirring to obtain a composite wood modifier; 3. placing a wood substrate in a reaction tank, sealing and vacuumizing, and keeping negative pressure for 20min to 30min; 4. under the vacuum condition, injecting the composite wood modifier into the reaction tank, and vacuum-impregnating the wood while applying ultrasonic treatment for 2h to 2.5h; 5. releasing the vacuum degree and ultrasonic treatment, taking the wood and draining the composite wood modifier, drying in the air,and performing gradient heating and drying in an oven to obtain the novel hydrophobic wood. The wood prepared by the method of the invention achieves better hydrophobicity on the surface and inside.Meanwhile, the method provide by the invention has the advantages of low equipment requirements, simple process and strong controllability, non-toxic and environment friendly production process, and large-scale production.

The invention discloses a fiber concrete material for 3D (three-dimensional) printing and a preparation method of the fiber concrete material. The fiber concrete material comprises, by weight, 7.8-8.4parts of cement, 4.0-6.7 parts of mineral powder, 1.3-1.7 parts of silicon ash, 4.7-7.7 parts of quartz sand, 2.3-2.9 parts of water, 0.2-0.39 part of water reducing agent, 0.0065-0.0168 part of retarders, 0-0.004 part of thixotropic agents and 0.1-0.2 part of fibers. The fiber concrete material has suitable initial setting time and final setting time, high compressive strength, bending strengthand toughness, good workability and thixotropy, layers can be effectively cohered, deformation and collapse are avoided in the stacking process, condensation and thixotropic properties of the fiber concrete material can be accurately designed according to engineering requirements, and different printing speed and structure construction requirements can be met.

Nano bacterial cellulose superfine fiber processing equipment

A nanometer bacterial cellulose ultrafine fiber processing device comprises a pair of rollers (2) which are used for holding a bacterial cellulose wet film, wherein a licker-in roller (3) is arranged behind the rollers (2), a fiber separation device (4) is arranged on one side of the licker-in roller, and a strip circling device (5) is arranged behind the fiber separation device.
