The preparation method comprises the following steps that a regenerated cellulose fiber solution is mixed with a phosphorus-nitrogen composite flame retardant, and wet spinning is carried out to obtain flame-retardant fibers; the phosphorus-nitrogen composite flame retardant is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of triphenyl phosphate, 20-30 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 26-28 parts of melamine cyanurate and 2-3 parts of zinc borate; the regenerated cellulose fiber solution is mixed with an antibacterial agent, and wet spinning is carried out to obtain antibacterial fibers; the antibacterialagent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 18-24 parts of water-soluble chitin, 22-28 parts of citric acid, 8-12 parts of juniperus chinensis oil and 30-40 parts of deionizedwater; the flame-retardant fibers and the antibacterial fibers are drawn according to the weight ratio of 1-2: 1, and roving, spinning and two-for-one twisting are sequentially performed to obtain flame-retardant antibacterial yarns; and the flame-retardant antibacterial yarns are blended with cotton fibers to obtain the flame-retardant antibacterial fabric. The flame-retardant antibacterial fabric is excellent in flame-retardant antibacterial performance, good in washability and high in safety and comfort level.
