The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-active-ingredient tea cake
powder abstergent and a tea cake
powder abstergent. The preparation method comprises the following steps:
drying cleaned and
impurity-removed oil tea seeds or tea seeds at a temperature of 70-80 DEG C for a plurality of times to enable the
water content of the oil tea seeds or the tea seeds to be controlled to be 7-8%, then separating kernels and hulls by peeling in a ripping-
cutting peeling mode, controlling the
hull content in the kernels to be 5-8%, then adjusting the
water content of the kernels of the oil tea seeds or the tea seeds after
hull removal to be 4-5%, pressing oil under the condition that the temperature is not higher than 60 DEG C, controlling the cake output temperature to be not higher than 90 DEG C and the
residual oil rate of tea cakes to be 5-6%, crushing the tea cakes after oil pressing, and screening the crushed tea cakes through a screen of 150-200 meshes to obtain
fine powder, thereby obtaining the tea cake abstergent. The tea cakes obtained after extracting
grease through a specific
hull removal pressing process well keep the activity of ingredients including
protein, tea
saponin and the like, and contain a reasonable amount of coarse fibers, so that the tea cake
powder abstergent is a natural abstergent with good active functions of emulsifying, dispersing,
wetting, cleaning, foaming and the like, and realizes utilization of complete materials and full ingredients of the tea cakes.
