The invention discloses an alkaline compound
fertilizer for preventing and improving
soil acidification and a preparation method of the alkaline compound
fertilizer, belonging to the technical field of compound fertilizers. The alkaline compound
fertilizer comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-30% of
urea, 6-40% of
diammonium phosphate, 0-30% of
potassium sulfate, 1-5% of
calcium oxide and 1-15% of
calcium carbonate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking
calcium oxide,
calcium carbonate,
urea and
potassium sulfate in a proportion, respectively crushing the obtained raw materials into
powder, uniformly mixing, heating the obtained mixture, feeding the obtained object into a drum-type granulator to granulate, after granulating is completed, feeding the obtained product and
diammonium phosphate particles in a proportion into a mixer, and uniformly mixing, so that a finished product is obtained. In the alkaline compound fertilizer, by taking
calcium oxide as an alkaline component and taking
calcium carbonate as an isolating agent and a pH value
buffering agent, an alkaline
raw material and physiologically acidic
potassium sulfate are premixed so as to obtain particles, and then the particles are mixed with
diammonium phosphate particles with a pH value similar to that of the particles, so that a situation that the alkaline
raw material reacts with the diammonium
phosphate so as to cause the loss of
nitrogen elements and the activity reduction of
phosphorus elements does not occur.
