Method for sequential culture of human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells by using two culture media

The invention discloses a method for sequential culture of human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells by using two culture media. A lymphocyte separation medium density gradient centrifugation method is used for separating umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells, a dulbecco modified eagle medium (DMEM)/F12 is used for primary culture of the mesenchymal stem cells of the human umbilical cord blood, and the method increases adherence of the cells, reduces growth of osteoclast like cells remarkably, facilitates formation of human umbilical cord blood-mesenchymal stem cells (hUCB-MSCs) colonies, and greatly improves successful rate of culture of the hUCB-MSCs. The DMEM/F12 is used continuously for subculturing to a P2 generation, the method is combined by a using enzymatic digestion and differential velocity adherent method simultaneously, and the method facilitates purification of P1-P2 generation cells remarkably. A P3 generation and the following generations are cultured by using an Oricell human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell culture medium, marker proteins and good morphological characteristics and growth characteristics of the hUCB-MSCs are maintained, and multilineage differentiation potential of the hUCB-MSCs is maintained. In addition, costs of the culture media adopted by the method are reduced remarkably.

Preparation method for China-hemp antibacterial fiber material

The invention provides a preparation method for a China-hemp antibacterial fiber material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) reacting China-hemp fibrils with a base to obtain alkalized China-hemp fibers; (2) oxidizing the alkalized China-hemp fibers with an oxidizing agent to obtain oxidized China-hemp fibers; (3) reacting the oxidized China-hemp fibers with triethylenetetramine to obtain aminated China-hemp fibers; and (4) reacting the aminated China-hemp fibers with glycidyl trimethylammonium halide to obtain the China-hemp antibacterial fiber material containing a quaternary ammonium anti-bacterial functional group. According to the invention, the quaternary ammonium anti-bacterial functional group is covalently grafted into a China-hemp fiber skeleton structure,so the China-hemp antibacterial fibers are allowed to contain the quaternary ammonium antibacterial functional group and have excellent antibacterial properties, no toxicity to human beings, long-lasting antibacterial action and stable performance. The preparation method of the invention is simple in process, easy to opera and control, and friendly to environment. At the same time, the fibers obtained after the reactions are free of pungent amine smell, have good shape and mechanical strength, and can be applied to the development of various antibacterial functional textiles and the sterilization of industrial and domestic water.

Adipose-derived stem cell preparation and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to the field of biology and medicines, and especially relates to an adipose-derived stem cell preparation and a preparation method thereof. The adipose-derived stem cell preparation comprises adipose-derived stem cells, hyaluronic acid, alhumin and normal saline. The adipose-derived stem cells can maintain good survival rate and activity, and do not differentiate under the protection of hyaluronic acid, alhumin and normal saline in the adipose-derived stem cell preparation. The preparation method of the adipose-derived stem cell preparation provided by the invention can avoid damages of the adipose-derived stem cells, and improves the survival rate of the adipose-derived stem cells in the preparation. Experiments show that the adipose-derived stem cell preparation can maintain the survival rate of the adipose-derived stem cells above 99%, and allows the cells to have uniform size and shuttle-shaped form. After the adipose-derived stem cells are preserved at 0-4DEG C for 72h, the cells still maintain good form and have no volume enlargement or other abnormal phenomena, the survival rate still maintains above 95%, and the adipose-derived stem cells still maintain the characteristics of stem cells, and do not differentiate.

Functionalised dopants and conducting polyaniline materials, blends and process therefor

Conducting polymers based on renewable resource materials are very attractive because of their wide availability and lower cost compared to petroleum based products. Here we developed a novel dopant for electrically conducting polyaniline from renewable resource cardanol, the main component of cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL). The novel dopant 2-ω-unsaturated-4-hydroxy-4′-sulfinic acid azo benzene or otherwise known as cardanol azo sulfonic acid (1) is synthesized by reaction of diazotized sulphanilic acid (4-aminophenylsulfonicacid) with cardanol under the basic condition. The new cardanol azo sulfonic acid (1) has a long alkyl chains at the 2 positions, which increases the solubility of the dopant as well as polyaniline doped materials in common solvents for many applications. The present invention essentially comprises of three steps; (a) synthesis of cardanol azo sulfonic acid dopant 1 from cardanol (b) synthesis of electrically conducting polyaniline using 1 as dopant both doping the polyaniline emeraldine base in solution and melt and in-situ polymerization of aniline in presence of 1 in various organic and aqueous combination in the interfacial, emulsion and dispersion routes (c) preparation of polyaniline/dopant 1/thermoplastics blends in solution and melt process and controlling the particle size while maintaining the good morphology. The dopant (1) consisting polyaniline emeraldine salt and its thermoplastic blends are potential materials for various applications in opto-electronic industry.

Instant rana japonica oil and radix polygonati officinalis tin and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to instant rana japonica oil and radix polygonati officinalis tin. The instant rana japonica oil and radix polygonati officinalis tin is prepared from rana japonica oil, radix polygonati officinalis, rock candies, honey and fermented vinegar. Every 1kg of instant rana japonica oil and radix polygonati officinalis tin comprises 330-370g of rana japonica oil, 40-55g of radix polygonati officinalis, 40-55g of rock candies, 30-50g of honey and 12-18 ml of fermented vinegar, and the balance of water. A fermentation method for the rana japonica oil has the advantages that: through the fermentation of an edible alcohol solution with certain concentration, the fermentation effect of the rana japonica oil can be achieved; meanwhile, alcohol in the solution can moderately denature proteins in the rana japonica oil to achieve a solidifying effect for proteins in the fermented rana japonica oil; the fermented rana japonica oil is not broken, and has an inherent curved complete shape of the rana japonica oil; the product has good shape and appearance and has effects of improving the inherent fishy smell and odor of the rana japonica oil, and improving the flavor of the product. The mass of the fermented rana japonica oil is controlled to be 20-25 times that of the original rana japonica oil.
