The invention relates to a method for improving dewatering performance of excess sludge by combining biological acidification and Fenton-like oxidation, which belongs to the technical field of sludge treatment. The method comprises that: under the condition of adding a sufficient quantity of substrates, indigenous acidification bacteria serving as inoculation liquid are cultured and acclimatized from sludge; the inoculation liquid is added to excess sludge in order to perform biological acidification on the sludge under an aerobic stirring condition in the presence of a sufficient quantity of substrates till the pH of the sludge is 2 to 3; under the catalytic action of Fe2+ and Fe3+, H2O2 produces strong oxidative free radicals and other Fenton-like oxidized sludge; Ca(OH)2 solution is added to the treated sludge to regulate the pH of the sludge to be between 6 and 7; and the treated sludge is dewatered by a plate-frame pressure filtration method or a centrifugal dewatering method in order to obtain dewatered sludge with water content between 65 and 75 percent. The combination of biological acidification and Fenton-like oxidation for improving the dewatering performance of excess sludge can improve reaction efficiency, shorten reaction time, increase treatment capacity and reduce cost for sludge treatment.

The cable material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of a thermoplastic elastomer, 5-15 parts of an oil-resistant modifier, 5-10 parts of polypropylene, 1-5 parts of a compatilizer, 2-6 parts of extending oil, 15-25 parts of a flame retardant, 0.2-0.6 part of a lubricant and 0.4-0.8 part of an antioxidant. As raw materials are reasonably selected and proportioned, the mechanical property change rate of the material soaked in 902# oil for 168 hours at 60 DEG C is within 25%, the high-temperature-resistant deformation is 26-30% at 150 DEG C, and the flame-retardant performance reaches VO level, so that the stringent requirements of UL62 on the TPE material are fully satisfied. The preparation method provide is short in technical process, and the extruding temperature is within 100-200 DEG C. Compared with the prior art, the extruding temperature is remarkably reduced and an energy-saving effect is reflected.

The chrome-base alloy steel comprises the following main components: 0.2 to 6.0 percent of carbon (C), 8.0 to 50.0 percent of chromium (Cr), 0.3 to 1.0 percent of silicon (Si), less than or equal to 0.05 percent of sulphur (S), less than or equal to 0.05 percent of phosphorus (P) and 0.1 to 0.5 percent of vanadium (V). The alloy steel can be directly used for manufacturing or forging various wear resistant materials, such as cement, wear resistant steel balls for power and mineral separation, forging steel or liners and the like. In the method, the chrome-base alloy steel product is directly produced by using the calcium-free chrome slag as a raw material, so that the calcium-free chrome slag is completely detoxified and the limited chrome resource is recycled. Thus, the method has a great significance for clean chrome salt production and waste slag recycling.

The vanadium leaching method includes the process steps that high-chrome vanadium residues are smashed into particles with the granularity smaller than 150 mesh; the particles are put in the microwave condition and the air atmosphere to be heated and baked to obtain high-chrome vanadium residue clinker, wherein the heating frequency of microwaves is controlled to be 2 GHz to 3 GHz, the heating temperature is controlled to be 700 DEG C to 1000 DEG C, and the heating time is controlled to be 10 min to 120 min; the high-chrome vanadium residue clinker is smashed into particles with the granularity smaller than 200 mesh; a dilute sulphuric acid solution with the concentration of 0.5 mol/L to 6 mol/L is added to the clink particles, the mixture is stirred and leached for 10 min to 180 min at the temperature of 70 DEG C to 100 DEG C; and vanadium-containing filtrate and vanadium tailings are obtained after the mixture is filtered and separated. The method is put forward for high-chrome vanadium residues without effective treatment methods on the current domestic market, various types of high-chrome vanadium residues with the chrome content reaching up to 8% to 14% can be effectively processed, and the final vanadium leaching rate reaches 86% or above.
