The invention discloses a high-strength titanium-based boron-tungsten composite shielding material. The material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.5%-1.5% of boron and / or boron carbide, 20.0%-40.0% of tungsten and the balance of titanium, wherein the tensile strength of the high-strength titanium-based boron-tungsten composite shielding material is higher than 900 MPa. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the high-strength titanium-based boron-tungsten composite shielding material, and the method comprises the following steps: mixing and grinding the raw material powder, and performing sintering and cooling to obtain the composite shielding material. The boron element and the tungsten element contained in the raw materials achieve shielding of neutrons and gamma rays, titanium serves as a base material, titanium carbide and titanium boride are generated through the titanium, boron and boron carbide, and the mechanical strength of the composite shielding material is improved; residual gas is removed through a sintering process, generation of titanium carbide and titanium boride is promoted, and the prepared composite shielding material has excellent shielding performance and mechanical performance and is suitable for nuclear radiation shielding in a high-strength environment.

The composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 25 parts of stable tetragonal zirconia, 0.5 to 1.0 part of alumina, 10 to 25 parts of methyl polymethacrylate, 25 to 48 parts of starch, 3 to 8 parts of yttria, 0.5 to 2.5 parts of a dispersant, 0.2 to 0.3 part of a plasticizer and 1.5 to 3parts of a water-soluble adhesive. According to the composition disclosed by the invention, the problem that traditional glass ceramic-based and alumina-based ceramic materials are easy to crack and insufficient in antibacterial performance as the traditional glass ceramic-based and alumina-based ceramic materials are insufficient in intrinsic strength and larger in brittleness can be effectivelysolved, and meanwhile, the mechanical performance of denture is effectively increased, so that the requirements of doctors and patients on the denture can be met. The stable tetragonal zirconia is added in the composition, so that the prepared denture has higher hardness; the dispersant is added in the composition, so that the prepared denture is more stable. According to the composition disclosedby the invention, parameters of the composition of the denture material are further improved, the prepared denture is excellent in properties of hardness, bending strength and tensile strength, and the application prospect is wide.

The preparation methodcomprises the following steps: performing a reaction on furfuryl alcohol and isocyanate to synthesize the isocyanate containing electron-rich conjugated diene structure; adding carboxylic acid graftedEPDM, and introducing an electron-rich diene structure into an EPDM macromolecular chain through click reaction of carboxylic acid and isocyanate, so that a side group of the EPDM contains a D-A reaction active group; and then adding bismaleimide and an ionic bond cross-linking agent, and refining the materials to obtain the product. The ion crosslinking modified EPDM rubber is excellent in tensile strength performance and high in elongation at break, and can be directly recycled.
