The invention discloses a method for improving a
saline and alkaline land by combining chemical and biological improvement with salt-tolerant
plant cultivation. The method specifically comprises the steps that
hydrotalcite-like nanosheets are prepared; the
hydrotalcite-like nanosheets are placed in a silk
fibroin solution for impregnation treatment, then
drying is carried out, and the
hydrotalcite-like nanosheets loaded with silk
fibroin are prepared; the hydrotalcite-like nanosheets loaded with the silk
fibroin are mixed with deionized water to prepare a dispersion solution; a mixed emulsionof
acrylamide, N,N-
methylene bisacrylamide and Tween-80 is added, after mixing is carried out,
potassium persulfate is dropwise added for a reaction, after the reaction is completed, cooling is carried out to the
room temperature,
filtration is carried out, solids are dried, and an inorganic-organic additive is prepared; the prepared inorganic-organic additive is mixed with kaolin, nanometer humicacid and a
microbial agent are added, mixing is carried out, and a chemical improver is prepared; the
saline and alkaline land is ploughed, the prepared chemical improver is spread in the
saline andalkaline land, the land is leveled,
salicornia europaea is planted, and subsequent field management is carried out. According to the disclosed method, the chemical and biological improvement method iscombined with the salt-tolerant
plant cultivation method, so that the improvement effect is significant.
