The invention relates to a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) reflective film, in particular to a method for removing the surface coating of a reflective PET aluminium plating film. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of: immersing the reflective PET aluminium plating film into a cleaning solution, and heating at the temperature of 40-100 degrees centigrade, rinsing by using clean water to remove the coating adhered on the PET surface, and airing to obtain the recyclable PET film. The recycled PET film is colourless and transparent on the appearance and has the intrinsic viscosity being about 0.723; the melt strength of the recycled PET film can satisfy requirements of PET extrusion-blown molding (bottle) or even extrusion blown film; and in the same extrusion technological conditions, the intrinsic viscosity of the PET film, which has a yellow appearance and is recycled by using the traditional method of hermetically boiling by using 20% caustic soda at high temperature for more than 24 hours, is reduced to about 0.564 and cannot satisfy the requirements of the extrusion-blown molding (bottle). The test in the invention proves that the method has the advantages of high-efficiency technology, time/water/electricity-saving performance, environment friendliness, zero discharge of waste water and practicability, is benefiical to realization of recycle of the reflective PET aluminium plating film, and is suitable for recycling and practical.

Purified salt lake brine is used as a raw material, high-purity magnesium hydroxide and high-purity basic magnesium carbonate are respectively prepared by two-stage magnesium precipitation reaction of ammonia and ammonium bicarbonate, and the total conversion efficiency of magnesium reaches 97-98%. The high-purity magnesium hydroxide is further processed to produce high-purity ultrafine magnesium hydroxide, high-purity heavy magnesium oxide, high-purity ultrafine magnesium oxide, high-purity sintered magnesia, high-purity fused magnesia and other products; and the high-purity light magnesium oxide product isproduced by further processing the high-purity basic magnesium carbonate. Ammonia vapor is obtained from an ammonium chloride mother liquor, obtained after basic magnesium carbonate is separated through two-stage magnesium precipitation, by adopting a lime milk reaction ammonia distillation process, and the ammonia vapor is conveyed into a system for producing magnesium hydroxide through one-stage magnesium precipitation reaction after being cooled by a corrugated pipe condenser and compressed and pressurized by an ammonia compressor, so that cyclic utilization of ammonia is realized. An ammonia distillation waste liquid is used for recovering high-quality anhydrous calcium chloride byproduct.

The adsorption material and the preparation method of the adsorption material disclosed by the invention have the advantages that: the raw material source is wide; the preparation method of the adsorbent is simple and easy to implement without discharge of 'three wastes' (waste gas, waste water and waste residues); the tannin has stronger chelating ability on common heavy metals, quicker adsorption rate on the heavy metals, and is simple and convenient for eluting of reclaimed rubber; and the method is strong in practicality and low in cost.

The method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding strong acid ammonium salt in an amount which is 0.35 to 0.40mol/L ammonium content of the reaction solution into ferrous sulfate solution, heating the solution and mixing the solution uniformly; (2) adding sodium hydroxide solution into the reaction solution to control the ferrous content of the reaction solution at 3 to 9g/L, then adding a catalytic reducing agent in an amount which is 4 to 5 percent of the weight of the ferrous iron in the reaction solution into the solution, and continuously reacting the solution for 20 to 40 minutes; (3) performing filtration, washing and drying to obtain solid; and (4) after the solid obtained in the step (3) is crushed, conveying the crushed solid into a reduction furnace and reducing the solid to obtain the ferroferric oxide with chemical activity. The ferroferric oxide produced by the method has high chemical activity, low impurity content and good stability, and is convenient for industrialized implementation.
