By means of the method, the above high-strengthwear-resisting steel is adopted as the implementation object, production implementation of steel plates is conducted through technology processes of BOF converter smelting, LF external refining, RH treatment, slab continuous casting and controlled rolling, and compared with a traditional high-strength wear-resisting steel production technology, the production method has the beneficial effects that the production technology processes are simple, the production period is short, the cost is low, and the steel plate performance is stable and good; and good economic efficiency and technological innovation are achieved.
