raw water tank 2, a pure water tank 3, a final concentrated water tank 4, a power supply 5, a water pump 6, and electric
conductivity instruments 7 and8. The salt-containing waste water dominant on garbage
percolation liquid discharged water is treated by using the continuous adjusting
electrode distance-type desalting technology and reaction module, the desalting rate can reach up to 42.6 percent, the removal rate of Cl- is 73.3 percent, the desalting speed is 90 mg / (L.h), the electrode regenerative rate is 97.3 percent, and the
