The invention discloses a method and a device for pulse composite
magnetic field assisted GMAW high-speed
welding. The device comprises a direct-
current pulse adjustable excitation power supply and apulse composite
magnetic field generation device, and the direct-
current pulse adjustable excitation power supply is connected with the pulse composite
magnetic field generation device; the pulse composite magnetic field generation device comprises a GMAW
welding gun and magnetizing iron cores arranged on the outer edge of the GMAW
welding gun; and the magnetizing iron cores comprise a plurality of
magnetic poles, magnetic pole heads are arranged along the circumference of the GMAW welding gun, an included angle is formed between the upper portion of each magnetizing iron core and the center line of the GMAW welding gun, and excitation coils are wound around the upper portions of the magnetizing iron cores. residence time on two sides of a weld joint of droplet
metal and a welding arc, transverse spreading and backward flowing of
liquid metal in a
molten pool can be improved, and under certain welding parameters and magnetic field parameters, the purposes of eliminating the defeats namely,
undercut and the humping defect can be achieved.
