The invention pertains to the technical field of recycling of renewable resources and relates to a waste plastics purification and separation recycling
system by a dry process. The
system comprises a charging port, an outside
cyclone collector, an outside bag-typed collector, an inside
cyclone collector, an inside bag-typed collector, a
drying and separation section and a separator, wherein, the
drying and separation section comprises an inner
pipe on which eyeholes are evenly distributed and an outer
pipe which is sheathed outside the inner
pipe and the charging port is connected with an inlet of the inner pipe; the separator comprises an inlet, an
elbow and a V-shaped outlet; in addition, the
system also comprises two outlets, namely an external air duct pipe and an internal air duct pipe the angle between which is in the range of 10 to 120 degrees and the angle of deviation of a
central line of the external air duct pipe against the horizontal line is in the range of -30 to 60 degrees; the outlet of the inner pipe is connected with the
elbow by the inlet of the separator; the external air duct pipe is connected with the outside
cyclone collector which is connected with the outside bag-typed collector by a pipe and the internal air duct pipe is connected with the inside cyclone collector which is connected with the inside bag-typed collector by a pipe. The system of the invention can ensure no secondary
pollution due to generation of
waste gas and water as well as no blockage in the system.
