The invention relates to a decorative refractory product, which is prepared as a blue decorative clay-based refractory material product by using flint clay as aggregate, Shuiquliu clay and ground quartz as powdered material, cobalt oxide and Suzhou soil as coloring material and mixing the aggregate, the fine powder and the coloring material according to an aggregate to fine powder ratio of 2:1 and the weight percentage content of the coloring material in the raw materials of 5 to 10 percent. The refractory performance of the refractory product is almost the same as those of products without coloring material, but other physical performance indexes of the refractory product all reach relatively high levels. The apparent porosity of the refractory product is 18.6 to 21.9 percent, the volume density is 2.05 to 2.09g / cm<3>, the compression strength is 41 to 49.2MPa, the refractoriness is 1,650 to 1,680 DEG C, and the color value is 80 to 95. The refractory product completely meets the requirements of the standards for refractory materials for use on the outside of kilns.

Aluminum carbon castable with graphite microspheres as carbon source and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an aluminum carbon castable with graphite microspheres as the carbon source and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme includes: adopting 40-70wt% of brown fused alumina, 15-35wt% of silicon carbide, 3-15wt% of active alpha-alumina micropowder, 1-7wt% of silicon powder, 1-7wt% of graphite microspheres and 2-6wt% of calcium aluminate cement as the raw materials,performing mixing, then adding polycarboxylic acid accounting for 0.1-0.3wt% of the raw materials, and stirring the substances evenly, thus obtaining the aluminum carbon castable with graphite microspheres as the carbon source. Detection indicates that: the flow value is 210-240cm; the volume density is 2.85-3.10g / cm<3>; the ambient compressive strength is 41.5-47.7MPa; the normal temperature flexural strength is 6.5-10.6MPa; and the apparent porosity is 10.5-14%. After 1450DEG C / 3h treatment, the flexural compressive strength, oxidation resistance and thermal shock stability are significantly improved. The aluminum carbon castable with graphite microspheres as the carbon source prepared by the method provided by the invention not only has good fluidity, but also has greatly improved flexural compressive strength, oxidation resistance and thermal shock stability.

Oxidation-responsive PEGlated lipid material, and preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides a PEGlated lipid material, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The material has a structure represented by formula (I). The material has oxidation responsiveness, and can be used as a drug carrier. An experiment result shows that the material is amphiphilic, undergoes phenylboronate oxidation removal in the presence of H2O2, and further undergoes a quinine-methide rearrangement reaction to realize the dissociation of a hydrophilic chain segment and a hydrophobic chain segment of the PEGlated lipid material; and the material entraps celecoxib and is self-assembled to form nano-micelles, the particle size of nano-particles is about 90 nm, and the hydrodynamic radius of the nano-micelles is 41.5-44.5 nm; and the entrapping rate is 54%, and the drug loading capacity is 5.4%.
