A rotation driving mechanism is used for driving the turbine components to rotate at a certain speed, then a 3D laser scanning camera is used for carrying out laser scanning photographing on weld joint areas, and photos of the whole circumference of each weld joint are collected and analyzed through computer software; the 3D imaging technology is used for displaying the weld joint areas on a 2D plane, different height messages of the surfaces of scanned parts are represented through different colors, rapid detection of the appearance quality of the weld joints can be achieved, and welding surface flaws with the minimum diameter being 0.01 mm can be detected. Compared with manual visual detection, the detection method is high in precision, and detection is not prone to omission; due to the fact that the photographing speed of the camera and the processing capacity of the software are high, detection of a single part can be completed within 15 seconds, and therefore efficiency is high, and the requirement for industrial mass production can be met; the cost of the equipment and method is only one sixth of that of computed tomography (CT) equipment.

The invention relates to a method for synthesizing diphenyl carbonate from phenol and dimethyl carbonate. The method comprises the following process steps of: synthesizing a phenoxy metal compound by using the phenol as a raw material with an organic metal compound (RO)XM or absolute metal chloride; reacting with the dimethyl carbonate to synthesize methyl phenyl carbonate and a methoxy metal compound; and finally performing disproportionation on the methyl phenyl carbonate to synthesize the diphenyl carbonate. In the synthesis process, the methoxy metal compound produced by the reaction can be continuously subjected to synthesis with the phenol to obtain the phenoxy metal compound and recycled.
