The modified pyrophyllite is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of pyrophyllite, 15-25 parts of tuff, 12-18 parts of ball clay, 3-6 parts of waste animal and vegetable oils and fats, 2-3 parts of bis-(gamma-triethoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfide, 1.5-2.5 parts of cobalt neodecanoate, 10-15 parts of polyisocyanate adhesive, 3-4 parts of N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine, 6-12 parts of 1,4-butane sultone, 3-5 parts of ethylene bisstearamide, 7-13 parts of sucroseocta-acetate, 5-10 parts of cellulose acetate butyrate, 40-60 parts of polyhydroxybutyrate, 20-30 parts of vinyl chloride-vinyl isobutyl ether copolymer resin, 16-22 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 10-15 parts of acetyl tributyl citrate, 2-3 parts of pentaerythritol tetra(3-mercaptopropionate), and 4-7 parts of an auxiliary agent. Pyrophyllite is subjected to a certain modification treatment, the surface hydrophilicity is reduced, the compatibility and the chemical affinity with a nylon material are improved, the dispersion in a nylon base material is improved, comprehensive performance of a nylon composite material is improved, and the mechanical strength and wear resistance of the nylon composite material are improved significantly.

The invention discloses a methacrylic resin modified polyurethane waterproof coating for the concrete bridge deck of a railway ballast track bridge and a preparation method thereof. The waterproof coating is prepared from a component A and a component B in a mass ratio of (4 to 6) to 1; the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of hydroxy methacrylic resin, 30 to 50 parts of active methacrylic resin, 0.5 to 2 parts of N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine, 0.5 to 2 parts of anti-settling aid, 5 to 20 parts of pigment, 10 to 20 parts of filler, 0.5 to 1 part of wetting dispersant, 0.5 to 1 part of defoaming agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of ultraviolet light absorber and 0.1 to 0.5 part of light stabilizer; the component B is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer, 10 to 20 parts of butyl acetate and 1 to 3 parts of benzoyl peroxide. The waterproof coating film of the invention can be well adhered to a concrete base surface and cannot easily peel off and fall off, meanwhile, the waterproof coating film also has excellent mechanical properties and can replace the existing waterproof layer for the bridge deck of a ballasted track passenger special line.

Strontium-containing bone cement and preparation method

The invention provides a strontium-containing bone cement and a preparation method. The bone cement consists of two parts, namely a powder body and liquid; the powder body comprises polyacrylate which contains benzoyl peroxide, a developing agent, calcium salt and strontium ranelate; the liquid comprises methacrylate which contains hydroquinone, N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine and strontium ranelate; by adding the strontium ranelate to the bone cement, a methacrylate polymer which contains the strontium ranelate is generated, so that heat energy release when the bone cement is polymerized is relieved, curing temperature of the bone cement is reduced, injection performance of the bone cement is enhanced, sufficient operating time is offered to doctors and operating risks are reduced; with the addition of the strontium ranelate, the mechanical performance of the bone cement is improved, so that mechanical performance matching required by human body is relieved, and the biocompatibility and bone regeneration performance of the bone cement are enhanced; and the prepared bone cement, which is higher than 50MPa in compressive strength, can meet a demand of human body bone repair; therefore, the prepared bone cement is a bone repair material which is excellent in performance.
