The invention provides a method for preparing a perovskite solar cell on the basis of a two-dimensional material graphene-phase carbon nitride. The graphene-phase carbon nitride is doped into a perovskite precursor solution to prepare the perovskite solar cell. The method has the following advantages that (1) the raw material required for synthesis of the material is low in cost, and the product is small in toxicity; (2) solvent volatilization during the annealing process is effectively slowed down, so that a perovskite thin film crystal is more uniform and compact; (3) the grain crystal sizeof a perovskite layer is increased, a crystal boundary easy to combine with charge is effectively reduced, and the filling factor of a device is improved; (4) a surface of the perovskite thin film ispassivated, and the hysteresis phenomenon of the device is effectively improved; and (5) the conductivity of the surface of the perovskite thin film is improved, the contact resistance of the interface is reduced, and the short-circuit current of the device is increased. The preparation process is simple and convenient and is low in preparation difficulty; by doping of the graphene-phase carbon nitride, the smoothness and the uniformity of the perovskite thin film can be effectively improved; and by a series of gradient doping, the device performance is remarkably changed.

The invention provides a pure inorganic perovskite light emitting diode device manufacturing method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) an ITO transparent conductive glass substrate is subjected to standardized cleaning and drying and then pretreatment; (2) the ITO is transferred to a vacuum cavity, and evaporation on a hole injection layer and a transport layer is carried out; (3) a dual source co-evaporation method is adopted, and a pure inorganic CsPbX3 perovskite light emitting layer thin film is formed through evaporation; (4) an infrared thermal radiation device is used to carry out thermal treatment on the CsPbX3 perovskite film; and (5) an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer and a metal cathode are formed through thermal evaporation. The manufacturing process is simple and convenient, the manufacturing difficulty is low, the full vacuum evaporation method is adopted to manufacture the device, the manufacturing is easy, the repeatability is good, and the device performance is stable; and through the dual source co-evaporation manufacturing method, the smoothness and the uniformity of the thin film are improved, replacement of a subject material and an object material is facilitated, the ratio of the two can be changed, and regulation on the position of a light emitting peak is realized.

The invention relates to a method for preparing a perovskite LED device based on surface ligand control, including the following steps: applying an organic solution of a hole injection layer materialto the surface of a conductive substrate, and forming a hole injection layer after annealing; dissolving cesium bromide, lead bromide and phenethylamine bromide in an organic solvent under the effectof a 3-(decyl dimethyl ammonium) propane-1-sulfonic acid inner salt surfactant to obtain a perovskite precursor solution, applying the perovskite precursor solution to the surface of the hole injection layer and obtaining a perovskite film after annealing; treating the surface of the perovskite film with an alkylamine organic solution to form a light-emitting layer; and successively preparing an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer and a metal cathode electrode on the surface of the light-emitting layer. The method of the invention is simple and convenient, has a wide range ofmaterials and good repeatability, and can achieve the device performance. Through surface ligand exchange, the flatness and uniformity of the perovskite film are improved, the formation of defects iseffectively suppressed, and the overall performance of the device is significantly improved.

The method comprises the following steps of: (1) FTO transparent conductive glass substrate cleaning and TiO2 thin film preparation: an upper TiO2 layer is deposited on a treated FTO transparent conductive glass substrate, and the FTO transparent conductive glass substrate with the deposited upper TiO2 layer is arranged in a drying oven for later use; (2) Bis-PCBM and DMC composite film preparation; (3) spin coating treatment on the FTO transparent conductive glass substrate with the deposited upper TiO2 layer; (4) perovskite film preparation; (5) Spiro-OMeTAD thin film preparation: a Spiro-OMeTAD solution is spin coated on the FTO transparent conductive glass substrate in step (4); and (6) MoO3 and Ag electrode preparation: an MoO3 electrode and Ag electrode are formed on a Spiro-OMeTAD thin film through evaporation. With the method of the invention adopted, the electron mobility and conductivity of a thin film can be improved; the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a device can be improved; the surface of the thin film is smoother, so that the thin film can be used as a good substrate for the deposition and growth of a perovskite layer in subsequent processes; and the degradation process of the perovskite layer can be slowed down, and the stability of the device can be improved.

The invention provides a low-frequency broadband sound absorption material based on an asymmetric film-type sub-wavelength structure. The material comprises several sound absorption units. Each sound absorption unit comprises a framework, a flexible film and eight mass blocks with different weights. The framework is arranged in a window style. The flexible film is fixed to the framework in a tensioning mode so as to form four equivalent noise elimination units. Each two blocks of the eight mass blocks form one group and the groups of the blocks are fixed to films of the noise elimination units in a one-to-one correspondence mode respectively. The several sound absorption units are expanded towards peripheries in a framework plane and are spliced to form the low-frequency broadband sound absorption material based on the asymmetric film-type sub-wavelength structure. A whole structure is a quadrilateral sound absorption unit material mainly formed by the flexible film and a mass block system. Because of asymmetric distribution of the mass blocks, a dynamic characteristic shows that a plurality of frequency points with zero equivalent mass density are possessed, which means that a plurality of peak values of sound absorption coefficients are possessed. Under an influence of an asymmetric mode, total elastic strain energy of the structure is higher than strain energy of a symmetric mode in a full frequency range.
