The method comprises the following steps: adopting alkali-making white mud, desulfurized gypsum, phosphogypsum, potassium ore, an additive and water; mixing, drying, roasting, cooling and crushing the materials to prepare an active mineral soil conditioner intermediate; and then adding potassium fulvate, zinc sulfate, ferric sulfate, sodium selenite and borax auxiliary materials, adding water, stirring the components together, and granulating, drying and packaging the mixture to obtain the mineral soil conditioner. The mineral soil conditioner produced by the invention has comprehensive and balanced mineral nutrients. The mineral substances contain various trace element components such as calcium, potassium, sodium, silicon, magnesium, sulfur, iron, selenium, zinc, boron, organic matters and the like, the nutrient varieties are complete, and the effect of nutrition balance can be achieved. The product has good effects and promotion functions on improvement of acid soil, prevention of soil hardening and supplementation of deficient soil minerals.
