The expression of the compound is GdCrO3/Ag/Ag3PO4. the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) placing a gadolinium source and a chromium source into a mortar according to a ratio of 1:1, adding a proper amount of urea, uniformly carrying out grinding, and then carrying out roasting in a specific atmosphere at a high temperature to obtain gadolinium chromate; 2) loading silver particles on the gadolinium chromate to obtain a gadolinium chromate/silver compound; and 3) loading silver phosphate on the gadolinium chromate/silver compound to obtain the gadolinium chromate/silver/silver phosphate compound. Elemental Ag in the GdCrO3/Ag/Ag3PO4 prepared by the preparation method is subjected to plasma resonance under excitation of visible light to generate hot electron-hole pairs.
