The invention discloses a preparation process of a catalyst for deacidification of organic compounds. The preparation process comprises: preparing a catalyst carrier, wherein at least four of Al2O3, CaO, MgO, La2O3, Ce2O3, TiO2, ZnO, SeO and SnO are used as raw materials to prepare the catalyst carrier; preparing an impregnation solution, wherein the impregnation solution is prepared from more than three materials selected from nickel nitrate, cobalt nitrate, copper nitrate, magnesium nitrate, zinc nitrate, lanthanum nitrate and cerium nitrate, and the total concentration of the impregnation solution is 10-25%; impregnating, wherein the carrier is impregnated in the impregnation solution; and carrying out calcination decomposition on the impregnated carrier at a temperature of 400-550 DEGC under the protection of an inert gas so as to prepare the finished catalyst. According to the invention, a small amount of formic acid contained in alcohols, ethers, esters and other organic products are decomposed, such that the preparation process has characteristics of simple process, low investment, low energy consumption, low cost and improved product quality, and cannot cause difficultly-treated secondary pollution to the original product and the environment.
