The invention relates to a PEEK-modified polyurethane infrared and ultraviolet fully shielding waterborne transparent thermal insulating paint. The PEEK-modified polyurethane infrared and ultravioletfully shielding waterborne transparent thermal insulating paint is composed of PEEK-modified waterborne polyurethane resin, solubilizer, substrate accelerator, nanometer transparent thermal insulatingagent, nanometer photocatalysts, transparent nanometer pigments, auxiliaries and water, wherein the PEEK-modified waterborne polyurethane resin is prepared by synthesizing amine-modified PEEK, low-polymer polyols, diisocyanate and hydrophilic modifier into a prepolymer under the action of catalysts and then performing alcohol and amine chain extension. The prepared PEEK-modified polyurethane infrared and ultraviolet fully shielding waterborne transparent thermal insulating paint is excellent in adhesion force, corrosion resistance, ageing resistance, humidity and heat resistance, wearing resistance, self-cleaning properties, radiation resistance, static resistance, fire resistance and mechanical performance, reaches a visual light transmittance near to 70%, capable of fully shielding ultraviolet and infrared rays and significant in thermal insulating performance. Therefore, the PEEK-modified polyurethane infrared and ultraviolet fully shielding waterborne transparent thermal insulating paint can be widely applied to surface thermal insulation and protection of building glass, vehicle glass, engineering plastics, steel structures and cement.
