Solid phase extraction column based on graphene bonded silica gel, and preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to a solid phase extraction column based on graphene bonded silica gel, which is used in concentration and separation of organic pollutants in an environmental water sample. A graphene bonded silica gel padding is prepared by taking 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane (APTES) as the cross-linking agent; then graphene is bonded on the surface of silica gel; after product graphene bonded silica gel granules are evenly filled in a solid phase extraction column, the graphene bonded silica gel based solid phase extraction column is obtained. The performance indicators of the solid phase extraction column are tested through polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, including naphthalene, acenaphthylene, fluorene, phenanthrene, fluoranthene and pyrene, and the test result shows that the solid phase extraction column has good extraction efficiency, reproducibility and stability. The graphene bonded silica gel has the characteristics of big specific surface area, strong Pi electron adsorption ability and high extraction capacity of the graphene, and the stable mechanical property and good adsorption ability of the silica gel. Moreover, the solid phase extraction column based on the graphene bonded silica gel is low in preparation cost and simple to operate and is suitable to be used for pretreatment of low-concentration organic pollutants in a big-volume water sample. The solid phase extraction column has a good application prospect in the concentration and separation of environmental organic pollutants.

By adoption of the method, the alkaline residuesand the discarded printed wiring board are cooperatively treated, and various sorts of metal, nonmetal and organic matter in the discarded printed wiring board are fully recycled; and moreover, the alkaline residues can be fully utilized, the characteristics of being environmentally friendly and low in energy consumption are achieved, and full-resourcing clean recycling of the alkaline residues and the discarded printed wiring board is truly realized.

The added nitrile rubber modified phenolic resin is mixed with raw materials to be cured by heating, and the molten resin is converted rapidly from a linear structure to a non-molten mass structure under the effect of methylene separated from methenamine; and the mechanical performance is improved, so that the expansion-resistant nano building material has high temperature resistance and low expansion performance. The expansion-resistant nano building material has the characteristics of high adsorption capacity, relatively good thixotropy, heat stability, plasticity, viscosity, high dry pressure and the like. By adding reinforcing agents such as coal gangue, conductive mica powder and nano conductive graphite powder, the heat aging resistance and crack resistance can be improved, so that the casting efficiency can be improved, and the casting cost can be reduced.

The compound diatomite flocculating agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 9 parts of iron concentrate, 6 parts of 90% of concentrated sulfuric acid and 35 parts of diatomite with water content of 50%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: fully mixing the iron concentrate and the concentrated sulfuric acid according to the percentages, and completely stirring at room temperature for 1hr so that the materials are fully reacted; adding the reacted materials and diatomite to a kneading machine at the weight ratio of 3 to 7, and stirring for 1hr so that the diatomite is fully mixed and reacted with the mixture of iron concentrate and sulfuric acid and the materials are activated; gradually heating the activated product in a dryer to about 500 DEG C, drying and heating for 10min so that the water content of the material is reduced to be less than 30%, stopping heating and gradually cooling to normal temperature; adding the cooled material to a winnowing device, processing the material sequentially by virtue of a windmill classifier, a cyclone separator and a pulse dust collector and grinding the to qualified grain size which is less than 100 meshes; and packaging the material. The flocculating agent disclosed by the invention is strong in hydrophilcity, and is rapid in dehydration and settlement of a flocculate.

The method comprises the following steps of: adsorbing the hydrogen gas by an adsorbent in a packed tower; after the adsorption is finished, exhausting from the tower top by using a vacuum pump; meanwhile, exhausting the unabsorbed mixed gas stayed in the packed tower out of the packed tower by using a mode of introducing the purified hydrogen gas from the bottom of the packed tower; after finishing discharging impurities, desorbing the hydrogen gas absorbed in the packed tower and pumping to a hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace for recycling; and recovering the nitrogen gas from the tower top, leaching and introducing the leached nitrogen gas into a cloth bag dust filter for recycling. The method has the advantages of less investment, lower operation expense, simple process, high recovery rate of hydrogen gas and high purity of the recovered hydrogen gas.
