powder-base adsorption filtering agent and a preparation method thereof. The agent is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 10 to 20 parts of nanometer
ceramic powder, 30 to 40 parts of construction wastes, 45 to 55 parts of
sunflower straws, 40 to 50 parts of
brewing residues, 2 to 3 parts of
sodium chloride, 1 to 3 parts of
zinc chloride, 2 to 4 parts of
magnesium hydroxide, 6 to 9 parts of
alumina sol, 1.4 to 2.5 parts of
benzotriazole, 5 to 7 parts of nanometer
titanium dioxide and a proper amount of water. The preparation method for the nanometer-
ceramic-
powder-base adsorption filtering agent provided by the invention integrates adsorption characteristics of numerous traditional materials, loads nanometer
titanium dioxide onto the surface of the adsorption filtering agent via a physical and
chemical modification method and can decompose organic pollutants into
carbon dioxide and
oxygen, thereby reducing harmful substances adsorbed on the adsorption filtering agent and prolonging the service life of the adsorption filtering agent; the adsorption filtering agent prepared by modification through adding of
sodium chloride and the like has rough and hard surface, large specific surface area, high
porosity, good adsorption filtering property; meanwhile, the agent has good
mercury adsorption characteristic when sprayed on a filtering material of a
dust collector, and has broad application prospects.
