A carburization method using high carbon cast iron solution as carburizer belongs to the technical field of steel surface chemical heat treatment. The invention is characterized in that: low carbon steel and alloy carburizing steel are taken as materials to be carburized, high carbon cast iron is taken as carburizer raw material, wherein, the high carbon cast iron comprises the following components by weight percentage: 5% of Ni, 2% of Cr, 3.1-3.3% of C, 0.8% of Si, 1.5% of B, 0.9% of Mn, the rest being Fe; the melting temperature of high carbon cast iron ranges from 1080 DEG C to 1200 DEG C; the work piece, which is subject to surface treatment and needs to be carburized, is immersed into the high carbon cast iron solution for carburization in the ways of normal temperature and pre-heating, and the carburization lasts 10-60s; after carburization, the work piece is naturally cooled in the static air, and then a carburization layer with the thickness of 20-1000mum can be formed on the surface of the sample. The invention has the advantages of short carburization period, high production efficiency, no internal oxidation of elements in the steel, no deposited carbon on the steel surface, little influence on the service life of the equipment, simple technique, low cost and convenient and simple operation, and is suitable for actual production.
