The invention designs and prepares the composite antibacterial material by taking graphene oxide as an antibacterial ingredient; the composite antibacterial material has a transparent antibacterial layer, is excellent in antibacterial property and is firmly bonded with the matrix.

Impregnation can be conducted for a plurality of times to increase load.
