Preparation method of hyperbranched polyurethane/polyacrylate damping material

The invention discloses a preparation method of hyperbranched polyurethane / polyacrylate damping material, which comprises the following preparation steps: (1) partially end capped waterborne polyurethane prepolymer is synthesized by a traditional method; (2) the self-made hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyurethane is reacted with isocyanate group to be grafted to the waterborne polyurethane prepolymer, thereby obtaining hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane prepolymer; (3) triethylamine and partial vinyl monomer are added in the prepolymer to ionize, and added with water to disperse to obtain polyurethane / vinyl monomer dispersing liquid under high-speed stirring; (4) the temperature of the dispersing liquid is raised to 65-80 DEG C, and the dispersing liquid is dripped with residual vinyl monomer, initiator and a crosslinking agent to react for 2-6h in heat preservation; and the reacted liquid is cooled to obtain the hyperbranched polyurethane / polyacrylate emulsion. The material obtained by coating the hyperbranched polyurethane / polyacrylate emulsion and curing has the characteristics of excellent damping performance and heat resistance, can be used in the fields such as automobile industry and constructional engineering, and has wide application prospect.

The method comprises the following steps: (1), synthesizing water-based terminal hydroxyl hyperbranched polyurethane core; (2), synthesizing a double bond end capped linear polyurethane prepolymer through diisocyanate, low polymer divalent alcohol, a chain extendor, an end-capping reagent and the like; (3), grafting linear polyurethane onto terminal hydroxyl hyperbranched polyurethane; (4), leading a fluorine element onto a polymer through an emulsion method, so as to obtain the organic fluorine modified hyperbranched water-based polyurethane. According to the organic fluorine modified hyperbranched water-based polyurethane provided by the invention, raw materials are cheap and readily available, and are wide in sources, the synthesis process is simple, and industrialized production is facilitated. The organic fluorine modified hyperbranched water-based polyurethane is appropriate to be used independently, can be matched with other water-based resins, can be applied to the fields of water-resistant paints, environment-friendly water-based adhesives, water-based paints and the like, and has a broad application prospect.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a low-cost, clean-burning liquid sludge fuel prepared with sludge and cinder and a preparation method thereof. The liquid sludge fuel of the present invention contains the following ingredients: (A) 45 to 65 weight portions of hydrous sludge with water content between 70 Wt percent and 90 Wt percent; (B) 30 to 50 weight portions of cinder; (C) 1 to 10 weight portions of chemical additive composed of emulsifier, suspending agent or desulfurizer or any combination thereof; and wherein, the average diameter of solid particles is less than 20 microns. The unit heat value of the liquid sludge fuel is high, practicability is strong, the solid particles in the fuel are uniformly mixed, combustion is stable and sufficient, and the generation of carcinogens such as dioxin can be avoided, so the liquid sludge fuel generates no pollution. Since the liquid sludge fuel directly adopts sludge coming from Sewage treatment plants and cinder discarded by refineries, raw materials are sufficient, the cost is low, and while the discharge of urban and industrial waste water, wastes and waste gas is reduced, the wastes are changed into valuables, so the reclaiming, quantity-reducing and harmless application of the sludge and cinder can be fully realized.
