The invention provides preparation and degradation methods of hot-melt phenolic resin and a composite material thereof, and relates to the technical field of high polymer materials and chemical recovery thereof. The preparation method of the hot-melt phenolic resin comprises the following specific steps of: carrying out heating reaction on a phenolic compound and an aldehyde compound under the action of a catalyst, cooling, adding arylboronic acid and a derivative thereof, heating, boiling and refluxing again, carrying out decompression dehydration after the reaction is finished, adding a modifier and a flexibilizer, and vacuumizing to obtain the hot-melt phenolic resin. The preparation method of the hot-melt phenolic resin-based composite material comprises the following steps of: preparing a resin adhesive film from the hot-melt phenolic resin by adopting a hot-melt preimpregnation method, compounding the resin adhesive film with a fiber reinforcement body, and carrying out hot-pressing treatment to obtain the hot-melt phenolic resin-based composite material. The hot-melt phenolic resin and the hot-melt phenolic resin-based composite material are heated and decomposed in an ethanol or acetone solvent, and can be degraded and recycled. The preparation process is simple to operate and low in energy consumption, the production process is easy to control, and large-batch continuous production can be realized. The degradation process is safe, environment-friendly, green and pollution-free.

Sludge liquid fuel and preparation method thereof

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a low-cost, clean-burning liquid sludge fuel prepared with sludge and cinder and a preparation method thereof. The liquid sludge fuel of the present invention contains the following ingredients: (A) 45 to 65 weight portions of hydrous sludge with water content between 70 Wt percent and 90 Wt percent; (B) 30 to 50 weight portions of cinder; (C) 1 to 10 weight portions of chemical additive composed of emulsifier, suspending agent or desulfurizer or any combination thereof; and wherein, the average diameter of solid particles is less than 20 microns. The unit heat value of the liquid sludge fuel is high, practicability is strong, the solid particles in the fuel are uniformly mixed, combustion is stable and sufficient, and the generation of carcinogens such as dioxin can be avoided, so the liquid sludge fuel generates no pollution. Since the liquid sludge fuel directly adopts sludge coming from Sewage treatment plants and cinder discarded by refineries, raw materials are sufficient, the cost is low, and while the discharge of urban and industrial waste water, wastes and waste gas is reduced, the wastes are changed into valuables, so the reclaiming, quantity-reducing and harmless application of the sludge and cinder can be fully realized.

The invention belongs to the technical field of waterborne polyurethane adhesive, and discloses an amphoteric waterborne polyurethane adhesive with high solid content and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: synthesizing an amino-containing cationic hydrophilic cross-linker; adding polyester polyol into a polymerization reactor, distilling under reduced pressure to remove water, adding polyisocyanate and a catalyst, and reacting while stirring; adding the cationic hydrophilic cross-linker and a chain extender, and reacting while stirring; adding an organic solvent and a hydrophilic chain extender containing a sulfonic acid group, and continuously reacting while stirring; adding water and a silicane coupling agent to a dispersion barrel filled with the reactant, performing high-speed shear emulsification, and adding a post chain extender for reacting; and distilling under reduced pressure, and then adding a defoaming agent and a thickener to obtain the amphoteric waterborne polyurethane shoe adhesive with high solid content. The amphoteric waterborne polyurethane shoe adhesive with high solid content substantially does not have solvent residue, has excellent mechanical properties and good water and heat resistance, and can substitute the present commercial mature solvent type adhesive.
