The injectable gel material of sodium alga acid-protein adhesive used for treating myocardial infarction is made from the component sodium alga acid and the component protein adhesive that are mixed. The preparation method includes: adding sodium alga acid in water to oscillate with light avoidance on a table concentrator, thus generating partially oxidized sodium alga acid solution; adding glycol to the solution and placed on the table concentrator to oscillate, then adding sodium chloride to oscillate, dissolve and precipitate, dissolving the precipitate in water to attain collosol, and dialyzing and freeze-drying to obtain partially oxidized sodium alga acid; formulating the sodium alga acid solution to obtain sodium alga acid component; formulating gelatin or collagen to obtain protein adhesive component; and mixing the sodium alga acid component with the protein adhesive component for use. The injectable gel material can be used for treating myocardial infarction.

The invention discloses a polysulfonamide fiber-containing dry mica tape, which comprises a mica layer, a bonding agent layer and a reinforcing material layer in sequence from the top to the bottom, wherein the mica layer consists of mica powder, polyphenyl sulfone p-phenylene formamide fiber and a bonding agent; the content of the polyphenyl sulfone p-phenylene formamide fiber accounts for 2-50 percent by weight of total mass of the mica layer; and the content of the bonding agent accounts for 2-25 percent by weight of the total mass of the mica tape. The invention has the remarkable technical advantages that: 1, the dry mica tape has high permeability; in the presence of the polysulfonamide fiber, a relatively loose structure and gaps with certain continuity can be formed in an insulating layer, so that the permeability of the dry mica tape can be improved, and impregnation of impregnated resin is better facilitated; 2, heat-resisting organic fiber in a certain proportion is added into the mica layer, namely, the mechanical strength of the mica layer is improved; and 3, heat-resisting organic fiber used in the mica tape is superior to Nomex fiber on the aspects of heat resistance, impregnating performance, radiance resistance, high-temperature size stability, flame retardance and chemical stability, has excellent electrical insulating performance simultaneously, and is more suitable for manufacturing a mica type with a motor in an insulating way than Nomex fiber.

Application of collagen matrix as tissue engineering scaffold

The invention discloses novel application of a collagen matrix as a tissue engineering scaffold. The collagen matrix comprises the following substances expressed in mass parts: 50 to 90 of collagen, 8 to 48 of chitosan and 0.5 to 5 of glycerin. A preparation method for the collagen matrix comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving collagen in an acetic acid aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.01 to 0.1% to prepare a collagen solution with a concentration of 1 to 3%; 2) dissolving chitosan in the acetic acid aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.01 to 0.1% to prepare a chitosan solution with a concentration of 1 to 3%; 3) mixing the collagen solution, the chitosan solution (in terms of dry weight) and glycerin according to a mass ratio of 50-90: 8-48: 0.5-5 and carrying out freeze drying at a temperature of -80 DEG C to -10 DEG C for 1 to 5 d so as to obtain a spongy material; 4) immobilizing the spongy material with an aldehyde cross-linking agent at a temperature of 40 to 50 DEG C for 20 to 100 min; and 5) rinsing the spongy material with an aqueous solution of glycerin and drying the spongy material in vacuum so as to obtain the collagen matrix. According to results of cell culture experiments, the collagen matrix provided by the invention can promote cell growth and can be used as a tissue engineering scaffold.
