The invention discloses a method for preparing non-fired ceramsite from electroplating sludge. The method comprises the following raw materials: 5 to 15% of Portland cement, 10 to 70% of fly ash, 5 to 40% of ground fine mineral waste residue, 10 to 20% of ground fine steel slag, 0 to 3% of quicklime, 0.3 to 1% of ferrous sulfate, 0 to 3% of gypsum powder, 2 to 10% of electroplating sludge (on a dry basis) and 0.1 to 0.3% of a density adjusting plasticizer. The method comprises the following steps: fully mixing the above raw materials except electroplating sludge in advance; then adding original electroplating sludge and water and carrying out rolling and uniform mixing under stirring; and then carrying out granulation and natural maintenance. The non-fired ceramsite prepared in the invention has bulk density, strength and water absorption rate meeting requirements prescribed in Lightweight Aggregate and Testing Methods thereof GB / T17431-2010, and the leaching concentrations of heavy metals like chromium are lower than limited values of V-class surface water prescribed in Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water GB3838-2002; and the method can realize safe disposal and recycling of electroplating sludge.

Purifying method of N-methylpyrrolidone

The invention relates to a purifying method of N-methylpyrrolidone, comprising the following steps: absorbing aminomethane from N-methylpyrrolidone to be purified through an activated-charcoal column; then removing water through a molecular sieve column; and finally removing solid particulates through ultrafiltration to obtain a finished product. The purifying method of N-methylpyrrolidone is used for purifying the N-methylpyrrolidone by utilizing a solid (activated charcoal and a molecular sieve) absorbing method instead of a distillation method. The method has simple process route and easy operation; the activated-charcoal column is used for removing the aminomethane in the N-methylpyrrolidone so that the content of the aminomethane reach below 0.005 percent, and the molecular sieve column ensures that the water content in the N-methylpyrrolidone is lowered to below 0.01 percent, thereby efficiently removing impurities. The N-methylpyrrolidone purified by the method has stable quality, high yield of at least 95 percent and low manufacturing cost; and the activated charcoal and the molecular sieve are recyclable after losing efficacy, thereby having the advantages of cost saving and environment protection.
