The invention discloses a 1T-MoS2-modified ZnCoS solid solution hollow dodecahedral nanocomposite and a preparation method and application thereof. Firstly, a ZnCo-MOF is calcined at a high temperature to obtain a derivative of the ZnCo-MOF, then the derivative and molybdate are subjected to hydrothermal vulcanization reaction to obtain a MoS2 / ZnCoS nanocomposite, and the ZnCo-MOF is a bi-metal organic framework material and is obtained through reaction of cobalt acetate, zinc acetate and dimethylimidazole. The bi-metal organic framework material with a large specific surface area and a stablethree-dimensional space structure is used as a template, the ZnCo bi-metal oxide derivative is obtained through high-temperature calcination, and finally a mixture of the derivative and the molybdateis subjected to hydrothermal vulcanization to obtain the transition metal sulfide nanomaterial with high catalytic activity. The prepared hollow polyhedral MoS2 / ZnCoS nanocomposite has high performance of producing hydrogen by water decomposition under photocatalysis.

The catalyst is directly synthesized through a hydrothermal method in one step, the synthetic raw material is cheap, the reaction conditions are easy to control, and the method is simple; and the obtained catalyst is used to prepare styrene through ethylbenzene dehydrogenation, the maximum conversion rate of ethylbenzene is up to about 73% and the selectivity of styrene is up to more than 98%.

The preparation method of polyurethane comprises steps as follows: polycarbonate diol and dimethylolpropionic acid are added to an organic solvent and are mixed uniformly at the temperature of 75-85 DEG C under the protection of nitrogen, then hexamethylene diisocyanate and a catalyst are added, the mixture is stirred at the temperature of 75-85 DEG C and reacts for more than 3 h to generate linear polyurethane with isocyanato as an end group, ethylenediamine and triethylamine are added, the mixture is stirred to react for 2 h or longer, linear polyurethane with amino as an end group is obtained, N-isopropyl acrylamide is added, the mixture is stirred to react for 12 h or longer, then deionized water is added, an organic solvent is removed through rotary evaporation in a vacuum state, and the novel linear temperature-sensitive type polyurethane is obtained. Two ends of a polyurethane chain segment of the novel linear temperature-sensitive type polyurethane are directly sealed with N-isopropyl acrylamide, no other chain segments are contained, the synthetic method is simple, the synthesis and chemical grafting steps of poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide) are omitted, synthetic raw materials are also saved, and the cost is reduced.

The molar extinction coefficient of the dye in ethanol reaches 15382 M<-1>cm<-1>, and the quantum yield reaches 0.52. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out a reducing reaction on 3-nitro-1(4-octylphenyl)propyl-1-one (2) to obtain a compound 1-(3-nitropropyl)-4-octylbenzene (3); reacting 1-(3-nitropropyl)-4-octylbenzene (3) with formaldehyde to generate 2-(4-octylphenylethyl)-2-nitro-propane-1,3-diol (4); and reducing the compound 4, and carrying out salt formation on the reduced compound 4 and hydrochloric acid to generate the 2-(4-octylphenylethyl)-2-amino-propane-1,3-diol hydrochloride (1) which is the fingolimod hydrochloride. The invention relates to the field of high polymer functional materials, in particular to a linear temperature-sensitive polyurethane and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes: S1. preparing a primary hydroxyl group-containing monomer molecule M with temperature-sensitive effect from N-isopropylacrylamide and ethanolamine; S2. subjecting polycarbonate diol, dimethylolpropionic acid, hexamethylene diisocyanate and a catalyst to reaction to generate polyurethane, then adding the monomer molecule M synthesized in S1 to cap two ends of the obtained polyurethane, finally adding triethylamine and deionized water, and carrying out vacuum rotary evaporateion to remove the organic solvent, thus obtaining the linear temperature-sensitive polyurethane. According to the temperature-sensitive polyurethane provided by the invention, the monomer molecule M plays a temperature-sensitive role, two ends of the polyurethane chain segment are directly capped by the monomer molecule M, and no other chain segment is contained. The synthesis method is simple, omits the poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) chain segment synthesis and chemical grafting steps, also saves the synthesis raw materials, and reduces the cost.

The invention provides a fluorescent dye for lipid droplet marking as well as a synthesis method and application of the fluorescent dye. The fluorescent dye is based on perylene bisimide. Two amino substituents are introduced into one electron donating group end for design and synthesis; the structural formula of the dye is shown as (1).
