The invention discloses a formula and preparation method of a pseudo high-entropy
alloy coating. The method comprises the steps that elementary substance
powder of seven types of elements, namely Fe,Co, Ni, Cr, Al, Ti and Si, is adopted as raw materials, and agglomeration and
sintering are conducted, so that the
powder grain size applicable to
high velocity air fuel spraying is formed, wherein the atomic percent content of the Fe ranges from 5% to 15%, and the remaining atomic percents are equally divided by the remaining six types of elements; the Fe(P), Co, Ni, Cr, Al, Ti and Si pseudo high-entropy
alloy coating is prepared through a method combining
high velocity air fuel (HVAF) spraying and the
laser cladding technology, wherein the Fe serves as the
principal element, the content of the Fe, by atomic percentage, ranges from 40% to 60%, and the content sum of the remaining solute elements, by atomic percentage, is greater than or equal to 5% and less than or equal to 20%. The pseudo high-entropy
alloy coating achieves good mechanical performance and is also excellent in
corrosion resistance.
