The invention provides a manufacturing method of a silicon nitride heating plate, which comprises the following steps: 1, preparing cast slurry; 2, casting the cast slurry in a casting formation method and obtaining plain blanks after drying; 3, providing molten tungsten, using the molten tungsten to print a tungsten wire as a heating source at a corresponding position on one plain blank, and neatly buckling the other plain blank on the plain blank to form a plain blank combination; 4, packaging under vacuum conditions; 5, hot isostatic pressing: placing the plain blank combination packaged by a plastic film into liquid of 75-85 DEG C in an isostatic machine, and applying 130-160atmos to slightly melting and bonding the plain blanks; 6, pre-sintering; 7, sintering in an air pressure furnace; and 8, cooling to obtain the silicon nitride heating plate. The manufacturing process is simple, and the operation can be easily controlled. The pass rate of the silicon nitride heating plate manufactured in the method is higher, the silicon nitride heating plate has higher thermal conductivity and higher thermal efficiency, and silicon nitride also has higher thermal shock resistance.

Treatment method for improving surface strength of Al-Mg alloy

The invention relates to a treatment method for improving the surface strength of an Al-Mg alloy. The treatment method comprises the following sequential steps that (1) an Al-Mg alloy material is subjected to surface treatment, cleaning and drying are conducted; (2) after the step (1) is completed, the Al-Mg series alloy material is placed in a heating furnace at the temperature of 450-500 DEG C,heat preservation is conducted for 30-40 minutes, and preheating treatment is conducted; (3) friction stir processing treatment is immediately conducted after the preheating treatment is completed; and (4) finally rolling forming treatment is conducted.
