The present application discloses noble dendrobium powder having a particle size of 150 to 180 mu m. The content of dendrine selected as a detection object in rat plasma is determined by an ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) technique, and the absorption of the noble dendrobium powder of different particle sizes in vivo can be quantitatively evaluated. By combination of the pharmacokinetic study method of noble dendrobium in a rat body, the content of the dendrine in the rat plasma can be determined by the ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) technique, experiments find that compared with the SD rat orally administered with 0.8g/kg of noble dendrobium ultrafine powder (45mu m), the SD rat orally administered with 0.8g/kg of noble dendrobium fine powder (150-180mu m) has high noble dendrobium fine powder absorption rate, good noble dendrobium fine powder absorption effect and short noble dendrobium fine powder absorption time. Experiment results indicate that unlike other traditional Chinese medicines, the crushed particle size of the noble dendrobium powder is not the smaller, the better, the absorption effect of the noble dendrobium fine powder (150 mu m to 180 mu m) in the body is much stronger than that of the noble dendrobium ultrafine powder (45 mu m).
