antibacterial agent and a preparation method and application thereof, which relate to the technical field of antibacterial agents. The nanoscale compound 
antibacterial agent is mainly prepared from nanosilver, 
graphene, 
protein, 
phospholipid, 
polysaccharide, 
cholesterol, 
vitamin and other raw materials, functional substances, such as the 
vitamin, are wrapped by a lipidosome formed by the 
protein, the 
phospholipid, the 
cholesterol and other materials, moreover, the nanosilver, the 
graphene and other materials are loaded inside or on the surface of thelipidosome after being compounded, and thereby the nanoscale compound 
antibacterial agent which is highly similar to a cellular structure is produced. The speed by which the compound antibacterial agent gets into microbial cells is high, and the compound antibacterial agent can gather around a focus to generate a high-concentration 
drug effect; because the surface of the compound antibacterial agent is positively charged, the compound antibacterial agent can selectively adsorb, wrap, shield and kill 
pathogenic bacteria and viruses, the surfaces of
