The invention discloses a graphene-containing insulated radiating composition and preparation and application thereof. The composition comprises the components of silica-coating graphene, insulated heat-conducting filler, a surface treating agent, and a function additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: hydrolyzing ethyl silicate on the graphene surface by the sol-gel method to obtain graphene coated with a silica film on the surface; adding the surface treating agent to a mixture of the insulated heat-conducting filler and modified graphene; uniformly agitating; then adding the function additive; and uniformly dispersing to obtain the insulated radiating composition. The composition has the advantages that the graphene is processed by insulating and coating, and the insulated heat-conducting filler and additive of other forms are coordinately added, thus the composition shows high radiating improvement effect in the plastic cement and coating fields; and the composition can be widely applied to a heating element and a radiating facility of various electronic products and electrical equipment, and can greatly improve the radiating effect as well as prolong the service life of devices.

The solvent-free electrostatic conducting anti-corrosive coating comprises a solution A prepared from bisphenol A type liquid-state epoxy resin, epoxy-containing polyol ether, titanium dioxide, precipitated barium sulfate, talcum powder, acidic polyester and polyamide, fluorocarbon-modified siloxane, polyacrylate-modified fluorocarbon polymer, poly-carboxylate, light-colored conductive powder and alkanolamine solution of unsaturated acidic carboxylate, and a solution B prepared from polyamide resin, N,N-dimethyl benzyl amine and poly-carboxylate. When in use, the solution A and the solution are mixed and solidified to form a coating. The solvent-free electrostatic conducting anti-corrosive coating has constructability and storage stability similar to those of solvent electrostatic conducting coatings, and no discharge of volatile organic solvent in the production and the construction process. The coating has the advantages of good electrostatic conductivity, high chemical resistance and good oil resistance, and can be applied to steel surfaces of different parts in the oil tanks, such as bottom plates, inner walls, floating cabins, floating roofs and pillars, to prevent corrosion.

Boron and silicon-containing asphalt and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to boron and silicon-containing asphalt and a preparation method thereof. The invention adopts a technical scheme that: the preparation method comprises the followings steps of: dissolving asphalt in toluene, keeping the temperature of between 40 and 90 DEG C for 4 to 10 hours, centrifuging and filtering to remove undissolved substances, distilling the solution at the temperature of between 110 and 150 DEG C to remove the toluene, and drying the residue to prepare an asphalt and toluene soluble substance; mixing 1 to 10 weight percent of organic boron, 30 to 60 weight percent of organic silicon and 30 to 69 weight percent of asphalt and toluene soluble substance, adding a solvent accounting for 50 to 80 weight percent of the mixture, and uniformly stirring; keeping the temperature of between 100 and 300 DEG C for 2 to 10 hours, and distilling at the temperature of between 80 and 120 DEG C to remove the solvent to obtain the synthesized product; and keeping the temperature of the synthesized product at the temperature of between 130 and 180 DEG C for 24 hours to obtain the boron and silicon-containing asphalt. The boron and silicon-containing asphalt has the characteristics of readily available raw materials, low reaction temperature and simple operation, and can be used as a binding agent and an impregnant; and carbonized products after high temperature treatment have good oxidation resistance at a high temperature.
