The invention concretely relates to a non-stick pan free of
fluoride and a manufacturing method of the non-stick pan free of the
fluoride. According to the technical scheme, the manufacturing method includes the steps that the inner surface of an aluminum
alloy pan substrate (3) is firstly coated with a
transition layer (2), and the
transition layer (2) is made of aluminum
oxide or aluminum
nitride; the aluminum
alloy pan substrate (3) coated with the
transition layer (2) is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning in an
acetone solution and
dehydration treatment through absolute ethyl
alcohol and dried; finally, by the adoption of a multi-arc
ion plating technology, a hard
ceramic layer (1) of a TiC or TICN or
TIN nanostructure is deposited on the dried transition layer (2) on the aluminum
alloy pan substrate (3) to obtain the non-stick pan free of the
fluoride. The thickness of the transition layer (2) is 10-50 micrometers, and cleaning time of ultrasonic cleaning is 10-60 min. The non-stick pan free of the fluoride is simple in technique, the manufacturing process is safe and
environmentally friendly, and the obtained non-stick pan has the advantages of being free of the fluoride, free of damage to health of human bodies, good in
abrasive resistance and long in service life.
