Anticoagulant molecules are fixedly grafted on the material surface by utilizing the pulsed plasma technology and surface heparin grafting method, and effective molecule orientation is remained by heparin molecules, so the anticoagulant performance is close to the performance of heparin molecules in the solution. Meanwhile, the heparin molecules are difficultly scoured off by blood, the persistence and stability of the anticoagulation effect are guaranteed, and the service life is long. According to the invention, 1-3% of sodium-based bentonite and water 1-1.5 times the weight of bentonite are uniformly stirred with high speed; the mixture is added in a sealed container and is subjected to standing, where the mixture is sufficiently wetted and activated, such that a liquid A is prepared; 0.1-0.4% of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is dispersed by using ethanol with a concentration no lower than 95% according to a weight ratio of 1:1; water with an amount 30-50 times that of the mixture is added; the mixture is uniformly stirred and is subjected to standing and sufficient initiation; the mixture is mixed with the liquid A; the obtained mixture is stirred with a proper amount of water; a composite suspension is prepared by grinding by using a colloid mill; the suspension is mixed and grinded with 60-71% of mullite, 0.05-0.1% of a wetting agent, and 4-6% of a modified phosphate binder, such that a pasty paint is prepared; and the pasty paint is diluted by using water, such that the paint is obtained. After a reaction with an alcohol-based paint comprising magnesia powder, the paint can be self-dried. Therefore, cost of independent use of an alcohol-based paint or a water-based paint is greatly reduced, and the influence to the environment is greatly ameliorated.

The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly, uniformly mixing and stirring 10-20 percent of fly ash, 40-50 percent of clay, 5-20 percent of coal gangue and 2-10 percent of pore forming material, feeding 15-20 percent of water and 2-10 percent of caking agent again and stirring again, and ageing for 3-5 days; secondly, tabletting mixture, drying the mixture at a temperature of 80-100DEG C for 4-5h, transferring the dried mixture into a muffle furnace and calcining at the high temperature of 1000-1100DEG C for 2-4h; cooling, grinding, crushing and screening by using a sieve mesh with 20-40 meshes; and thirdly, feeding the screened granules into the inorganic acid or alkali and reaming, drying and then impregnating with the 20-35 percent exocellular polysaccharide water solution and drying in shade to obtain the high-density porous support.
