The invention provides an all-solid-state capacitor based on a hydrogel electrolyte and an assembling method thereof in view of the defects of a super capacitor based on a liquid electrolyte. The assembling method comprises the following steps: soybean protein-polyacrylamide composite hydrogel is formed by taking a mixed solution of soybean protein and acrylamide as a prepolymer, adding an initiator ammonium persulfate, a cross-linking agent N, N'-methylene bisacrylamide and calcium chloride and carrying out heating and cross-linking; the composite hydrogel is immersed into an ionic solution at room temperature for replacement to obtain a hydrogel electrolyte in which ions are dissolved; and on the basis, carbon nanotube electrodes are directly adhered to the two sides of the hydrogel electrolyte to obtain an all-solid-state capacitor with a sandwich structure, wherein any adhesive, diaphragm or substrate is not needed. The prepared hydrogel electrolyte has the characteristics of simple preparation method, biocompatibility, environmental friendliness and the like. The assembled all-solid-state super capacitor has the advantages of simple assembly process, excellent electrochemicalperformance, high safety and the like. A porous carbon nano-material has a very high application value in the field of supercapacitors, Li-ion battery negative electrodes, catalysis, adsorption and the like. A thermal reduction reaction between magnesium powder and carbon disulfide gas is utilized to obtain the mesoporous graphene-likecarbon nano-material, so that high-yield preparation of the high-quality graphene-like carbon material can be realized. Liquid carbon disulfide is bubbled with argon, volatile steam of liquid carbondisulfide is taken into a reaction cavity to react with magnesium powder at 550-650 DEG C to obtain a carbon nano-material and magnesium sulfide mixture. The carbon nano-material and magnesium sulfidemixture is sequentially washed and pickled and subjected to freeze-drying to obtain the loose and light graphene-like mesoporous carbon nano-material of which the sulfur doping percent is about 6%. As the carbon nano-material is prepared by consuming magnesium powder to reduce carbon disulfide, the advantages of low cost and high yield are achieved. The introduced sulfur doping facilitates application of the sulfur-doped graphene-like mesoporous carbon nano-material to electrochemical energy storage electrodes.

The gel microsphere comprises a core layer, an inner shell layer and an outer shell layer from inside to outside in sequence, wherein the core layer comprises cereal prolamin and an active matter; the inner shell layer comprises gel polysaccharide; the outer shell layer comprises chitosan, a cross-linking agent and a suspending aid. The inner shell layer and the core layer form core-shell structure fog drops through a coaxial electrostatic spraying technology, in an outer shell layer solution, the inner shell layer gel polysaccharide of the core-shell structure fog drops is cross-linked with the cross-linking agent and is subjected to electrostatic layer-by-layer adsorption with chitosan, and therefore, the colon-targeted gel microsphere is prepared. The particle size of the gel microsphere is 100-600 [mu] m, the core-shell ratio is 0.5-0.9, the encapsulation efficiency of a water-soluble active matter is as high as 60%, the encapsulation efficiency of an alcohol-soluble active matter is as high as 90%, the release amounts in a stomach simulation liquid and a small intestine simulation liquid within 1 h and 3 h can be as low as 10% and 25%, and the gel microsphere can be efficiently delivered and targeted to the colon.

According to the process disclosed by the invention, the cavitation effect and mechanical vibration effect produced by ultrasonic waves and an in-situ extraction process are adopted, extraction and leaching can be synchronously performed, and natural hydroxytyrosol with high content can be prepared by using simple separation and purification processes; and the method disclosed by the invention can be used for shortening the production cycle, is high in product yield, mild in separation and purification conditions, small in toxicity and low in production cost, and can be suitable for industrial production.
