The invention discloses a method for improving anti-
caking property of
phosphorus-
potassium nitrate fertilizer and belongs to the technical field of chemical
fertilizer preparation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) sieving
ammonium nitrate phosphate (ANP) by carrying out a briquetting experiment; (2) sieving the ANP by carrying out a bag throwing experiment; (3) adding granular or powdery
ammonium nitrate phosphate according with the steps (1) and (2) at the same time and
potassium sulfate or
potassium chloride into a rotary drum granulator by virtue of a metering
system, so that a
solid-phase material is obtained; (4) fully mixing liquid raw materials, namely
sulfuric acid,
phosphorus pentoxide and
liquid ammonia, in a tubular reactor, so that a
liquid phase material is obtained, and spraying into the
solid material in the step (3), and (5)
drying, screening, cooling and packaging, so that a
nitryl high-concentration granular compound
fertilizer is obtained. The method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics that the raw materials are screened, the ANP with better anti-
caking property is selected and used for producing high-
nitrogen fertilizer, cost is not increased, equipment does not need to be added during implementation and the original production technology cannot be changed, and the aim of improving the anti-
caking property of the compound fertilizer can be achieved by only controlling
mass of the ANP.
