This invention discloses a recycled
mortar concrete, its preparation method, and its application, belonging to the technical field of recycled
mortar concrete. The method involves modifying activated hydrophobic
aerogel powder with 3-(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane, then incorporating the resulting modified
aerogel powder containing
double bond segments into a gel
system for crosslinking. Water is added for
dilution, resulting in a modified liquid with a
solid content of 3-4%. Recycled aggregate is impregnated with the modified liquid to obtain modified recycled aggregate. The modified recycled aggregate,
silicate cement,
fly ash,
quartz sand, water-
reducing agent, and water are mixed to obtain recycled
mortar concrete. The modified recycled aggregate in the recycled mortar concrete exhibits a crosslinked
network on its surface, which acts as a thickener and
retarder, regulating the fluidity of the concrete. Furthermore, the hydrophobic modified
aerogel powder and crosslinked network seal and strengthen the pores of the recycled aggregate, blocking
moisture and improving the freeze-thaw resistance and
compressive strength of the recycled mortar concrete.
