The invention, which belongs to the technical field of energy material preparation, relates to a preparation method for growing a NiCo2S4 nanowire by using silk as a substrate to form a capacitor material. The specific preparation process comprises: growing a nickel-cobalt precursor on silk; carrying out hydrothermal vulcanization treatment on the obtained nickel-cobalt precursor to remove the silk and thus forming a hollow structure; and then carrying out oxidative calcination treatment to obtain a capacitor material having a 3D hollow structure.
