The invention discloses high-temprature-resisting,
mildew-proof and antibacterial type nano waterborne baking finish and a preparation method thereof. The baking finish is prepared from the followingcomponents in parts by weight: 10 to 40 parts of de-ionized water, 0.5 to 3.0 part of surface active
wetting agent, 5 to 20 parts of nano
titanium dioxide, 0 to 35 parts of auxiliary agent, 30 to 60 parts of waterborne
acrylic resin, 4 to 12 parts of partially methylated amino resin, 2 to 6 parts of highly methylated amino resin, 1 to 5 parts of
epoxy modified
silane coupling agent, 5 to 10 partsof
propylene glycol methyl
ether and 1 to 3 parts of dimethylamino
ethanol. The baking finish disclosed by the invention does not contain heavy
metal, is safe and
environmentally friendly and has no toxic and side effects, and meets REAH and ROHS; the baking finish can be used for food-grade
package and passes through American FDA (
Food and Drug Administration)
authentication; the baking finish has a long-acting
mildew-proof effect and the
mildew-proof effect keeps 98 percent or more after five years; the baking finish has a strong
adhesive force, can be used for hardware and also can be usedfor glass and
ceramic base materials; the baking finish resists high temperature and is not decomposed and
colored after being baked at 180 DEG C for 60min or more.
