The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps of: after fully dissolving a pesticide with a solvent, adding a wall material monomer into solution and mixing uniformly; transporting a mixture into a shear dispersion reaction kettle which is filled with smashed capsule bodies; stirring the mixture and the capsule bodies so that the capsules fully absorb the solution; performing a shear dispersion reaction to form capsules; performing solid-liquid separation and drying to prepare the pesticide microcapsules; adding the nutrient substances into the pesticide microcapsules; and fully stirring and uniformly mixing to prepare the microcapsule insecticide-fertilizer preparation. By using the microcapsule insecticide-fertilizer preparation and the preparation method, the problems of the chemical compatibility and the physical stability of the conventional insecticide-fertilizer preparation in the same system are solved effectively. A product of the invention has the advantages of: shielding and slow-releasing functions, high chemical compatibility and physical stability, lasting pesticide effect, natural degradability, no environment pollution, low use cost and simple production process.

The jointing between the cable core, internal protection layer and the external protection layer are better, and a force is brought not only to the internal and external protection layers together, but also to the cable core; and a cable frequent coiling anti-pulling force is brought to an integrated cable but not the external protection layer alone, thus the integrated tensile capacity of the cable is greatly enhanced and the service life can be prolonged by 10 to 15 times. And a '3 plus 3' structure of the cable core not only can lead the bending radius to be reduced to 6 times of that of a cable diameter, but also can enhance the stability of the cable structure and is good for being against bending and wearing. The cable of the invention has good bending capability and is resistant for frequent moving, collecting and expanding, and the protection layer has high tensile strength.

The invention provides a method for preparing AlxGa(1-x)N film with different aluminum-gallium ratio, especially high aluminum component at normal temperature, and the non-balancing characteristics lead the components forming the film layer to break through the restriction of equilibrium solid solubility. The two laser beans ablate the pulse laser of the two targets to trigger plasma such as laser with supersaturation, high ionizability and high expansion, etc. Plasma which has high chemical activity and formed by microwave discharge is used for assist film formation, thus greatly reducing the preparing temperature of the AlxGa(1-x)N film.
